Friday, May 19, 2017 – The Starmus Festival and the famous Swiss watch brand Omega in London, the Royal Society held a press conference, announced a partnership.The theme of the Starmus Festival covers science, art and music, designed to help the public better understand and appreciate the charm of science. Since 2011, the conference has invited a number of astronauts, Nobel laureates, as well as outstanding people in the fields of science, culture, art and music.
As a partner of The Starmus Festival, Omega is proud to be able to help Stephen Hawking Medal for Science Communication. The award aims to reward those who in science, science and technology and music art three areas to promote public awareness of the outstanding people.At the Starmus Festival on June 20 this year, the three winners will be awarded the Omega new SpeedMaster watch from 18K gold.
